The Gymstick® Pro Chinning Bar is a pull-up bar with a strong steel construction and comfortable handles. It forms the foundation of any home gym and is the ideal equipment if you prefer to train at home or when it's raining outside and you don't want to miss your workout. With the pull-up bar, you can perform key strength and muscle-building exercises, such as pull-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups, and dips. For added variety, you can perform exercises with different hand positions. The option to mount the pull-up bar to both the ceiling and a wall is what makes this pull-up bar so special. Suspending the pull-up bar from the ceiling gives you more space to perform certain exercises, such as leg raises, windshield wipers, and L-sits.

Steel construction

The Gymstick® Pro Chinning Bar is constructed of strong and durable steel. Both handles are also fitted with comfortable rubber for optimal grip. The included mounting kit makes it easy to attach the pull-up bar to the wall or ceiling. The Gymstick® Pro Chinning Bar measures 98x33x22 centimeters and is available in black. The maximum load capacity of the pull-up bar is 100 kg.
