The StreetGains Speed Rope Legend is a high-performance jump rope. It's characterized by its high speed and efficiency. The Speed Rope Legend is perfect for improving your fitness, speed, agility, and performing double and triple unders. The jump rope can be used for fitness training, calisthenics, or boxing, for example.
360° UpDown® rotating system
It's often the arms that get hurt first when jumping, not the legs. That's why the handles of the StreetGains Speed Rope are made of lightweight aluminum. This light yet strong material relieves the arms, allowing you to jump rope for longer. The handles also feature textured grip (knurling). This ensures optimal grip, even with sweaty hands. The 360° UpDown® rotating system with ball bearings offers extra comfort and faster rotation. The Speed Rope features a steel cable with a green coating. This results in a longer lifespan and also prevents kinks. The green coating also matches the black handles very stylishly. The cable is easy to replace if necessary. Finally, the cable length can be easily adjusted to the athlete's height without the use of tools. The StreetGains Speed Rope Legend is therefore ready to use immediately!
