The StreetGains® Gymnastics Rings offer you the opportunity to effectively train the entire upper body. Rings are less stable than a pull-up bar, requiring all muscle groups to be engaged to keep the rings under control. Furthermore, the rings offer a wide 360° range of motion, allowing you to vary between an infinite number of exercises. Think of pull-ups, push-ups, rows, iron crosses, dips, muscle-ups, front and back levers, or even a handstand. The StreetGains Gymnastics Rings are used for calisthenics and bodyweight fitness workouts. High quality birch wood

The set consists of two rings, crafted with great precision and craftsmanship from high-quality birch wood. The StreetGains Gymnastic Rings are 32 millimeters thick, the most common size for rings in the fitness industry. The special birch wood is lightweight and offers excellent grip, both with and without the addition of magnesium. The rings also feature a laser-cut StreetGains logo.

Heavy-duty straps

The set also includes two extra-long, heavy-duty nylon straps, each measuring 550 centimeters. This makes it very easy to attach the rings to a pull-up bar, tree, basketball hoop, or other object. The straps have length markings, allowing you to easily hang both rings at exactly the same height. Thanks to the integrated SmartHold hook-and-loop closure, you can roll up any excess straps so they don't hinder your workout. The straps also feature SafeLock technology, preventing tension on the steel closure, ensuring the rings will never sag. The straps are finished with a raised, rubberized StreetGains logo.

Carrying bag

So you can take the StreetGains Gymnastics Rings with you wherever you go, the set comes with a convenient carrying bag. This holds the rings and straps, making it easy to use at home, outdoors, or at the gym.

Our advice

To extend the life of the straps, we recommend attaching them to smooth surfaces to prevent friction. Also, ensure the steel buckle on the straps doesn't come into contact with the wood to prevent damage to the rings.
