Not using Muscle Power® parallettes yet? Then it's time! This small device originates from gymnastics and is suitable for countless exercises. Think push-ups, dips, or an L-sit. They're also essential for practicing handstands and planches. Parallettes are very effective for building muscle mass, strength, and flexibility in the upper body and are often used during calisthenics, gymnastics, CrossFit, or bootcamp workouts.
Immediately ready for use
The Muscle Power® parallettes are made of strong steel and are a single piece. This means they don't need to be screwed together, making them immediately ready for intensive use! The stable legs make the parallettes feel very stable and give you confidence during every exercise. The Muscle Power® parallettes have a 3cm thick grip, making them comfortable to hold, both with and without the use of magnesium. The set of two parallettes comes in black.
