Determine the weight yourself

The SKLZ weight bag has three removable weight bags inside, allowing you to adjust the total weight to your workout. Change the weight in a flash using the internal closure, which also protects the removable weight bags in the outer bag. The weight bags also have handles, allowing you to use them individually for even more exercises. The belt attachment allows you to easily strap the SKLZ SpeedSac Sprint Trainer around your waist. This belt is also adjustable, allowing you to customize it to your needs and exercise comfortably.
