Parallelettes

Parallettes are a miniature version of the parallel bars, the well-known gymnastics apparatus with two parallel bars. Parallettes are indispensable in your calisthenics or fitness workout. They improve deep handstand push-ups, tricep dips, L-sits, or the planche exercise. You can do it all! Parallettes are more compact and lighter than an equalizer. This makes them suitable for outdoor training, for example. We offer a wide selection of different types of parallettes, each with its own characteristics. From steel to wooden parallettes and with various grip thicknesses. Which one will you choose?

Dip Bars

Dip bars, also called equalizers, are a higher version of the parallettes. The Equalizers offer more freedom of movement for the legs, allowing for different exercises than with parallettes. With exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, dips, tricep extensions, and leg lifts, the Equalizers can be used to train the entire upper body. By positioning the Equalizers in a different position, they can also be used for other exercises. For example, when the Equalizers are laid flat, they can be used as push-up bars. When placed upright, the Equalizers can be used as hurdles. The Equalizers are therefore a true all-in-one strength training device with endless possibilities. Due to their larger size, they are especially suitable for home use or in a gym.

Push-up supports

Push-up bars have a lot in common with parallettes, but are much more compact and lightweight. As the name suggests, push-up bars, also called push-up bars, are ideal for use in push-ups. The big advantage of push-up bars is that you can lower yourself much deeper during push-ups than without them. This increases the range of motion, allowing muscles to remain under tension for longer and receive optimal stimulation. Push-up bars also reduce stress on the wrists, preventing injuries to the wrist joint.
