The StreetGains Pull-Up Pack helps you step by step on your way to the perfect pull-up. The pull-up, also known as a pull-up, is one of the most well-known exercises in calisthenics and fitness. Sustainable latex rubber

Each band is 5 millimeters thick, making the StreetGains Resistance Bands exceptionally strong and durable. The resistance bands are 104 centimeters long and can be stretched to 260 centimeters. This length is suitable for most types of exercises. The resistance bands are lightweight and compact, making them easy to take with you to any workout. The StreetGains Pull-Up Pack contains three resistance bands: medium, strong, and extra strong. The resistance of these bands ranges from 15 to 55 kg.

Our advice

For a longer lifespan, we also recommend attaching the bands to smooth surfaces to prevent friction. Also, make sure the resistance bands are not exposed to extreme temperatures and store them in a dry place. To make the resistance band more comfortable to hold during certain exercises, you can use the special resistance band handle . The door anchor allows you to attach the resistance band to a door.

Specifications

The table below shows the specifications of the three resistance bands included in the Pull-Up Pack. Each band is the same length and thickness. The difference between the versions lies in the width of the band, which determines the resistance it can provide. Two resistance levels are shown: low and high. As the resistance band is stretched, the resistance increases. Low resistance indicates the minimum resistance the band provides. High resistance indicates the resistance the band provides at maximum stretch.
