The difference between the versions lies in the width of the band, which determines the resistance it can provide. Two resistance levels are shown: low and high. As the resistance band is stretched, the resistance increases. Low resistance indicates the minimum resistance the band provides. High resistance indicates the resistance the band provides when stretched to its maximum.
