The SKLZ® Slidez Stability Discs stimulate the development of core muscle strength and flexibility. The Slidez can be used individually or connected together to perform different types of exercises. The top of the Slidez has a non-slip pattern. This pattern provides a good grip for the hands and feet, making the Slidez comfortable and safe to use. The bottom of the Slidez is made of non-marking plastic. This means the Slidez will not leave marks on the floor. In addition, this material is low-friction, allowing the slide discs to glide smoothly over almost any surface, preventing wear. The SKLZ Slidez are compact, lightweight, and easy to carry thanks to the included storage bag. This way, you can perform the exercises whenever you want.
