These Gymstick® hurdles, easily adjustable in seconds, are essential for your outdoor training. With these hurdles, Gymstick® has managed to combine the two most common heights, 15 and 30 centimeters, into a single hurdle. This means you need to bring less equipment to training. Another advantage is that you can start a new exercise at a low level (15 cm) and finish at a high level (30 cm). The adjustable height also allows you to add more variety and difficulty to your training, making any workout even more challenging. Speed ​​hurdles allow you to perform various exercises to improve jumping power, speed, or fitness. Gymstick® hurdles are suitable for boot camp, fitness, circuit, or cardio training, as well as for soccer practice.

Lightweight hurdles

The Gymstick® adjustable hurdles are made of high-quality PVC and are therefore lightweight. This, combined with the ability to fold the hurdles after use, makes them very portable.
